Job Description

Due to continued success, our client a well-established asbestos consultancy is now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Worthing area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402/3/4 certificates as well as considerable experience carrying out asbestos surveying and analytical duties on a varied site base. Consideration will be given to applications from Chichester, Bognor Regis, Burgess Hill, Lewes and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must have attained the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Well-versed with asbestos Health & Safety legislation.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial, industrial and domestic.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring that they comply with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Compiling asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
