Job Description

Due to continuing success, this asbestos consultancy is currently looking to recruit a hard-working, experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Richmond area. Covering a range of sites, carrying air testing, management of refurbishment/ demolition surveys on both commercial and industrial sites, and monitoring contractors on site. Applications from Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon, Brentford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the P402/P403/P404 certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
Experience in asbestos and air testing/air monitoring within the asbestos sector.
Excellent communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos health and safety legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management/Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial.
Monitoring contractors on site ensuring work carried out is in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
