This asbestos and environmental consultancy has a large nationwide presence which provides professional and quality services to a mixed portfolio of clients.
Due to continued success, they are now hoping to recruit a hard-working and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a variety of contracts in and around the South Wales area. This role includes duties such as maintaining a professional working relationship with the companies clients and produce comprehensive asbestos reports. Consideration will be given to applicants from Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must hold the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications or the RSPH equivalent certificate.
Experience in a surveyor/analyst role within the asbestos industry.
A good working knowledge of asbestos legislation/procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Carry out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervision of contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
Produce comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s clients.
