Job Description

Our client is a well-established national player who is well known within the industry for delivering high quality asbestos works to a mixed portfolio of clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work for them in or around the Swindon area. Applications from Bath, Gloucester, Cirencester, Warminster, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must have attained the P402/P403/P404 qualifications or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures/legislation.
Competent in using the Microsoft office package.
Experience in asbestos surveying and air-testing/air-monitoring within the asbestos sector.

Role:

Undertake asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Overseeing contractors on site ensuring work carried out is in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
