Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their successful company in the West Yorkshire region. Undertaking daily tasks such as, Collecting data to produce reports, building and maintaining a professional relationship with a wide range of clients/customers and supervising contractors and ensuing that they are following Asbestos H&S procedures. Consideration will be given to applicants from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, and the surrounding areas.

Job requirements:

Will have P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certification.
Previous experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos sector.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
IT literate.

Roles and responsibilities:

Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good relationships with the company’s portfolio of clients.
Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
