This prominent asbestos consultancy now has an exciting opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their growing team in and around the Bradford area. Undertaking daily duties such as producing comprehensive reports, building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients and oversee contractors on site ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Consideration will be given to applications from Leeds, Wakefield, Dewsbury and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Must possess the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Previous experience in surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety relating to asbestos.
Be flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role:

Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Oversee contractors on site ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Produce comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
