Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Asbestos Surveyor to join a very successful and established asbestos company who are now actively looking to recruit in the Basingstoke region. Applications will be accepted from Portsmouth, Woking, Brighton, and the surrounding areas. This role would suit someone who is looking to eventually move into a managerial position which would include site visits, quotes and project management.

Qualifications & experience

Holding the P402 is mandatory although holding the 403,404,405,406,s301,CCP/CocA would be beneficial.
Extensive previous experience in asbestos surveying.
Good knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation/procedures.
Will be IT literate.
Experience of highly complex surveys across all property types.
Be flexible with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Role:

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide variety of properties.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with new and existing clients.
Produce and submit comprehensive reports.
May involve overtime and night/weekend work on occasion.
