Job Description

This well-established company has an outstanding track record in the asbestos industry, particularly in asbestos removals and management nationally. They are now looking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Croydon area. The successful candidate will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys on a varied site base and will hold the P402 certificate. Applicants from Epsom, Orpington, Redhill, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas would be considered for this position.

Requirements for this role:

Must possess the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in asbestos surveying.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities:

Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial, industrial and domestic properties.
Produce and submit comprehensive technical reports.
Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
