Due to current situation and business requirement, this highly successful and client based asbestos consultancy is actively seeking the services of a focused, committed and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Falkirk area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 certificate and will be experienced in undertaking in depth asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Linlithgow, Stirling, Cumbermauld, Dunfermline and the surrounding areas.

Purpose of the Role:

Covering a mixed bag of contracts predominately in the Midlands and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 certificate or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and must have ample/practical experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written.

Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Role Will Encompass:

Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.

Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.

Liaising with clients on a regular basis -building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.

Ensuring that all inspection work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures and company regulations.

The successful post-holder will be versatile, flexible and have good work ethic and at the same time have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within time line.

Must be flexible with regards to travelling to various sites.
