Due to consistent growth and business requirement, this UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy with a nationwide presence is in the process of employing a competent and committed Asbestos Surveyor to cover a mixed bag of contracts in the Guildford area and will include applications from Slough, London, Crawley, Watford, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification and at the same time have significant experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Must have in-depth knowledge of the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Tasks:

Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.

Collating and producing comprehensive reports.

Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Requirements/Attributes:

Overall, the successful post-holder will be versatile, have good work ethos and the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and at the same time must be flexible with regards to travelling to various sites designated by the client.
