Job Description

An independent and fast growing asbestos company based in the southern region is actively seeking the services of a competent and reliable Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Hull area and will include applications from Beverly, Driffield, Pocklington, Goole and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant must have attained the P402 qualification or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time must have significant and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be well-versed with the Health and Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Role Will Entail:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients from all levels.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, flexible and have good work ethic and also have the aptitude to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Must be prepared to travel extensively, as per client’s requirement.
