Job Description

Following recent and rapid expansion this well-established company providing professional services including asbestos and legionella is urgently seeking an experienced home based Asbestos Surveyor to join their busy workforce in the London Area Due to the nature of the contracts this role will involve extensive and regular travel. Applications from Ashford, Dartford, Basildon, Chelmsford and the surrounding area will be considerd.

Qualifications & Experience:

The individual must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Will have significant experience working in this role within the asbestos sector.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be fully conversant with asbestos Health and Safety procedures/legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties including commercial, industrial and domestic.
Producing comprehensive accurate reports.
Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the clients/customers.
