Due to acquiring and winning new prestigious contracts, this renowned client based asbestos company that provides a variety of professional services to clients is in the process of employing a high calibre and multi-skilled Asbestos in and around the London area. Undertaking daily duties such as producing reports, consulting and communicating with clients and Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a range of sites. Applications from Dartford, Ashford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must hold the P402 qualification or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and must have extensive valid and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Must familiar with the Health & Safety procedures/legislation pertaining to asbestos.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, commercial and industrial.

Collating and submitting comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels – building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.

Writing reports and making recommendations for the removal of hazardous materials.

Dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.

Travelling extensively and working away will be required.

In general, the successful candidate will be versatile flexible, have good work ethos and at the same time have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within the time scale.

Must be flexible with regards to travelling.
