Our client is multi-disciplined company delivering various and diverse services to clients from all levels across the UK. Their services include Asbestos, Legionella, Fire and Health & Safety and environmental consultancy services who work with a mixed portfolio of clients is actively seeking for an enthusiastic, committed, reliable, hardworking and flexible Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the London area. Undertaking daily tasks such as, carrying out works on both industrial and commercial sites, collecting information to produce reports and making sure that work is being carried out within the correct time frames given. Applications from Dartford, Ashford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the P402 qualification or the equivalent RSPH qualification and at the same time must have extensive experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.

Must have excellent communication, client-facing and organizational skills.

Must have the ability to use the computer – Microsoft Office Package.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures/procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties
Compiling and producing asbestos accurate reports as and when required.

Building and maintaining a good working rapport with clients.

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Overall, the successful post-holder will be of smart disposition, flexible, have good attitude and at the same time have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Must be flexible with regards to travelling.
