Job Description

Our client is an extremely successful asbestos consultancy providing a wide variety of professional services to clients nationwide and they are now hoping to recruit an experienced and reliable Asbestos Surveyor to work on a variety of contracts in and around the London area. The candidate would be undertaking daily tasks such as collecting data to produce reports, undertaking management and refurbishment/demolition on a range of industrial, commercial, and residential properties, and maintain a good relationship with clients. Applications from Ashford, Dartford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience of working in a surveying role within the asbestos industry.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have a working knowledge of the asbestos Health & safety procedures.

Key Role:
Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties, including commercial, industrial and residential.
Collating and producing accurate, concise asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
Any other duties as required.

Must possess a full, clean driving licence.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a positive work ethic.
