Job Description

Our client a well-established asbestos consultancy are currently looking to recruit a competent, reliable Asbestos Surveyor to work on a variety of contracts in and around the London area. The ideal applicant will come from a strong asbestos background, will hold the P402 certificate and will have extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveying duties on a range of site types. Applications will be considered from Dartford, Croydon, Epsom, Orpington and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P402 certificate or the equivalent RSPH certificate essential.
Previous practical experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT Literate.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health and Safety procedures.

Main Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial, domestic and industrial properties.
Collating and a producing accurate asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
