Due to acquiring new and prestigious contracts this multi-disciplined organization that provides comprehensive consultancy services including asbestos and environmental services to clients from all levels and across the country is actively seeking for a smart, competent, and committed Asbestos Surveyor in and around the Midlands. Undertaking duties such as, producing reports, dealing with issues affectively, and carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment/demolition surveys. Applications from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Derby and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.

Qualification & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and must have significant and varied experience working within this and within the asbestos parameter.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have good organizational and client facing skills.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.

Key Responsibilities.

Carrying out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys predominately Housing contracts.

Collating and producing comprehensive reports.

Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients.

Dealing with issues effectively and appropriately.

Requirements/Attributes:

The successful post-holder will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good work ethic and at the same time have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and must be prepared extensively as per requirement.
