Job Description

Our client are an established name within the asbestos industry and they are currently hoping to recruit an enthusiastic and competent Asbestos Surveyor in the Romford area. The ideal applicant will come from a strong asbestos background with experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a varied site base. The successful applicant will also hold the P402 certificate. Applications from Brentwood, Ilford, Rainham, Grays and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience in this role within the asbestos sector.
A good working knowledge of the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Main Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial, industrial and domestic.
Collate and produce concise, accurate asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
