Job Description

Our client an established and growing asbestos company who provide various professional and quality services to clients at all levels is now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor in the Stevenage region. Applications from London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must hold the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry essential.
Be fully conversant with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Must be IT literate
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working for a UKAS accredited consultancy.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Collate information to produce accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Ensure all the work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety legislation.
