Due to consistent growth and business requirement, this diverse client based asbestos management company with a large presence in the UK and at the same time with a commitment to providing professional and quality services to a mixed portfolio of client is actively seeking the services of a high calibre and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor in East Midland and will consider applications from Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time must have a proven track record working within this role and with the asbestos parameter.

Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with pertaining to asbestos.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial.

Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.

Maintaining and building a good rapport with the clients.

Attributes:

Ideally, the successful applicant will be flexible, have good work ethos, have the ability carry out work effectively and within time line.

Must be prepared to travel extensively as per client’s requirement.
