Due to consistent growth of the business, this prominent asbestos company providing high quality services to clients nationwide is currently seeking to recruit a competent and experienced home based Asbestos Surveyor based in the Sunderland area. Applications from South Shields, Seaham, Washington, Gateshead and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Extensive experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fully conversant with the asbestos Health and Safety legislation.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
Collating information and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
Maintaining good working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
