Our client is a successful asbestos consultancy known for providing outstanding services within various asbestos/environmental disciplines. The company are now seeking the services of an experienced and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Warrington area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong asbestos background and will hold the P402 certificate as well as experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site and contract types. The client would also consider asbestos site analysts, who are looking to gain the P402 and surveying experience. Applications from St. Helens, Altrincham, Widnes and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

Holding the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification essential.
Previous experience in asbestos surveying within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Will be well-versed with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
IT literate with proficiency in using MS Office.

Duties of the role:

Carrying out Asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties, including commercial and Industrial.
Collating and producing accurate and comprehensive asbestos reports.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients of all professional levels.

Overall, the successful postholder will have a strong work ethic as well as excellent technical skills and knowledge. All prospective candidates must be prepared to travel as per the clients requirements.
