Due to consistent growth and business requirement, this well-established asbestos consultancy with a good presence and at the same time that provides a spectrum of asbestos and environmental services to clients is actively seeking the services of a high calibre, multi-skilled and committed Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Watford. The ideal candidate will come from a strong asbestos background and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying duties on a range of site types. Applications will be considered from St. Albans, Slough, Enfield, Wembley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must hold the P402 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time have significant and valid experience working within this role and within the asbestos sector.
Be fully conversant with Health & Safety procedures in relation to asbestos.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office.
Experience working for a UKAS accredited consultancy.

Key Role:

Carry out asbestos Management and Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
Collating and updating information and producing accurate asbestos reports.
Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining a good rapport with clients/customers.
Ensuring all the work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
