Job Description

Our client is a well-regarded asbestos consultancy providing a range of asbestos services to a nationwide client base. Due a recent expansion, they are now looking to recruit a committed and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Colchester region. The ideal applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying duties on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Braintree, Ipswich, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Must have previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Be well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both commercial and industrial.
Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
