Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bristol, Somerset
Salary / Benefits £25k – £38k + Training + Benefits
Experience: Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Analyst through Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

Innovative Asbestos Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be joining an established and successful team and will be traveling across the South West / South Wales areas, undertaking the full range of asbestos management services. The client has multiple positions available and if happy to receive applications from both surveyors and analysts, as well, as dual trained site staff.

Consideration will be given to candidate from: Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Keynsham, Yate, Bath, Burnham-on-Sea, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Frome, Trowbridge, Warminster, Devizes, Chippenham, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon, Marlborough, Amesbury, Salisbury, Cardiff, Swansea, Neath and Newport.

Experience & Qualifications:
– BOHS P402 and/or P403, P404 (or equivalent RSPH qualification).
– Experience working within a UKAS accredited consultancy.
– Working knowledge of HSG 264 and/or HSG 248.
– Practical experience carrying out asbestos surveying and/or air monitoring tasks.

Working across a mixed portfolio of Industrial, Commercial and domestic properties, the successful candidate will be undertaking asbestos management duties such as;
– Surveying and inspection tasks, including management, refurbishment & demolition surveys.
– Bulk sampling in accordance with HSG 264.
– Air monitoring and fibre counting.
– Undertaking Visual inspections of asbestos enclosures.
– Conducting 4-stage clearances.
– Using handheld tablets and TEAMS / TRACKER to accurately record site data and produce site specific reports.
– Maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
– Representing the business in a professional manner at all times.
