Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £42k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an industry leading, UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy who are now recruiting the South Wales / South West region for a qualified Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will be joining a long-standing team of surveyors and analysts and will be working on Educational, Manufacturing, and Heavy Industry sites. The position will be client-facing, with consultants using their experience and technical knowledge gained, to delivery high-end consultancy services and advice to clients. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
” Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out the full range of asbestos surveying and analysis services.
” Able to use technical knowledge and understanding of industry guidelines to provide asbestos consultancy services.
” Will hold a polished and professional demeanour and confidence in liaising directly with clients.
” Familiar with industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.

The Role:
” Conducting 4 stage clearances.
” Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
” Undertaking sampling of ACMs on site, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
” Undertaking re-inspection surreys upon completion of work.
” Attending site to carry out on site audits.
” Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Working in line with HSG 246 / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed and comprehensive reports.
