Job Title: Fire Risk Assessor.
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Fire Risk Assessor through to Fire Risk Consultant.

A leading and independent Risk Management Consultancy, who work across Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites, delivering high quality services. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to recruit a Fire Risk Assessor to join their Northern team. The successful candidate will ideally hold the NEBOSH Fire certificate and will be experienced in carrying out type 1 and type 3 surveys, fire risk assessments, producing fire plan drawings and delivering training courses. The successful candidate will be covering contracts across the Yorkshire / Midlands and North West regions. Consideration will be given to applicants based in or around: Rotherham, Doncaster, Worksop, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Wigan, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the NEBOSH Fire certificate or other recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification would be beneficial.
” Experience working for an established Risk Management company.
” Experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments on a varied client base.
” Wil be IT literate.
” Well versed in relevant Health and Safety legislation.
” Maintaining excellent working Will have excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.

The Role:
” Working on low risk properties, undertaking type 1 & type 3 surveys.
” Maintaining excellent working knowledge of PAS79 guidelines.
” Writing up detailed fire risk assessment reports for clients.
” Delivering various training courses such as; real fire training, fire drills, use of fire extinguishers and fire warden training.
” Producing fire plan drawings and delivering briefings.
” Producing evacuation plans.
” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
