Job Description

Job Title: Legionella Administrator / Co-ordinator.
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £26k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy who specialise in providing Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial clients with the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services. They are now seeking to employ a Legionella Administrator / Co-ordinator to join their busy and expanding team within the Yorkshire region. You will be booking in and co-ordinating projects for their longstanding client base, alongside finalising reports, raising invoices & purchase orders, and liaising with clients to maintain excellent rapport predominantly over the phone. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong administrative background working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Excellent IT skills, able to work on internal databases.
” Keen eye for detail, able to organise workload efficiently.
” Able to work well independently and as a team.
” Excellent communication skills via phone, email, face-to-face.

The Role:
” Booking in and co-ordinating projects for Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial clients.
” Allocating work to site staff, arranging accommodation when required.
” Liaising with site staff to confirm information on reports.
” Tying up and finalising reports prior to submitting to clients.
” Liaising with clients via email, phone, face-to-face, maintaining an excellent professional relationship.
” Ensuring internal databases are up to date and accurate.
” Providing clients with invoices and purchase orders upon completion of work.
” Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.
” Carrying out effective document control.
” Liaising with internal management, providing support where required.
