Job Title: Legionella Business Development Manager
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £50k + OTE + Company Car / Car Allowance.
We are currently working closely with an industry leading Legionella Consultancy, who are now seeking to recruit a business minded and commercial focused Legionella Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East. The role would suit someone with extensive experience working within a legionella / water treatment sales role. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of growing existing business, alongside sourcing new business through networking, cross-selling services, B2B selling and cold-calling. Applicants will hold a strong technical knowledge of the industry and be confident in using this to identify new opportunities and cross-sell the company’s legionella services to new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional business, who specialise in providing high-end consultancy services across a varied portfolio including; long-standing blue-chip clients.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a sales / business development background, specifically within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry.
” Excellent track record of managing & growing closed systems, steam boiler and cooling tower accounts.
” Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Will have good IT skills.
” Good time management skills.
” Able to communicate efficiently with clients / colleagues.
” Managing and overseeing exciting contracts alongside sourcing new business opportunities.
” Recognising opportunities to upsell the company’s legionella / consultancy and air quality services to new and existing clients.
” Ensuring targets and KPIs are being met.
” Producing tenders and quotations for clients in a timely manner.
” Ensuring that internal systems are accurate and up to date.
” Developing, managing, and monitoring the business forecast and budgeting.
” Providing new / exiting clients with management plans.
” Carrying out training with new and existing employees in line with company needs.
” Attending meetings, representing the company, and dealing with any client queries efficiently.
” Continuing to build excellent rapport with clients.
