Job Title: Legionella Operations Manager
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Operations Manager through to Lead Legionella Operations Manager

Profile: We are working closely with a well-established Legionella / Water Hygiene company who provide the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services across the South West area. Due to continuous growth in the business, they are now seeking to recruit an organised and business minded Legionella Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Healthcare, Educational, Residential and Commercial clients. The successful candidate will come from a strong Legionella / Water Hygiene Operations background and will be experienced in overseeing teams of risk assessors, providing ongoing support and training alongside acting as first point of call to the company’s wide client base.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Relevant experience working within an Operations Manager role (or similar position) within an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company.
” Able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of relevant ACoP L8 / HSG / HTM 04-01 guidelines.
” Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work efficiently in line with company needs.
” Will have excellent communication, leadership and managerial skills.
” Proficient in IT.

The Role:
” Overseeing a mixed portfolio of clients, acting as first point of call for clients, dealing with any issues efficiently.
” Managing a team of Legionella Risk Assessors, quality checking risk assessments and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant ACoP L8 / HSG / HTM 04-01 guidelines.
” Overseeing the day-to-day management of the companies Legionella department i.e., scheduling in work and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with agreed time frame, upholding the company’s high standard of quality.
” Continuing to improve the company’s services, working closely with internal management.
” Building and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
