Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

A position for a Legionella Risk Assessor to work across a varied site based has arisen from an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company with a strong North West presence. You will be working on Healthcare, Leisure, Retail, and Local Authority sites, working alongside a team of longstanding risk assessors, and will be experienced in carrying out risk assessments on hot and cold-water systems in line with ACoP L8 guidelines. Our client is offering further training and development, excellent holiday allowance, pension contributions and competitive salary package to the successful candidate. Due to the nature of the role, you would be expected to stay away in line with client requirements.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oldham, Rochdale, Warrington, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Bury, Preston, Blackburn, Huddersfield, Bradford, Keighley, Leeds, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
” Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor within an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company would be beneficial to the role.
” Will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of ACoP / HSG guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Role:
” Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessment in line with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Surveying and analysing clients water systems.
” Interpreting results from analysis of water systems.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
” Using handheld PDA to gather accurate information from site.
