Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits

A renowned Legionella / Water Hygiene company who supply Legionella services across Scotland. They are now looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare sites. You will be working in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines working on hot and cold-water systems, producing schematic drawings, and liaising with clients to provide excellent technical advice based on risk assessment findings.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hamilton, East Kilbride, Coatbridge, Falkirk, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Stirling, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Kirkcaldy, Cumbernauld.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role.
” Excellent knowledge of ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Able to use handheld PDA systems.
” Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems, working in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Producing and working from schematic drawings.
” Providing detailed RA reports and providing technical advice to clients based on report findings.
” Working across Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial sites.
” Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring in line with client needs.
” Liaising with clients ensuring to maintain excellent working relationships.
