Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Watford, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits

Future Select specialises in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry and are currently working closely with a renowned Water Hygiene / Legionella company who hold a national presence. Due to their continued success, they are now looking to recruit a qualified and diligent Legionella Risk Assessor. You will be working alongside our clients longstanding team of risk assessors, ensuring to maintain the company’s standards of work across the South of England. The client is happy to receive applications from qualified risk assessors, as well as, those currently undertaking a split risk assessing / water hygiene role. Our client can offer cross training into other environmental sector, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme, and company vehicle.
The successful candidate will have good access to London and the surrounding areas: Cheshunt, St Albans, Hertford, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, High Wycombe, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Woking, Bracknell, Harrow, Enfield, Hounslow, Epsom,Croydon, Bromley, Orpington.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience carrying out risk assessments on a varied site base.
” Holding an industry recognised qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role.
” Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
” Will be fully conversant with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Excellent organisational skills.
” Will have good IT skills.
The Role:
” Working across a portfolio of Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Public Sector sites; carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
” Providing detailed reports to clients that outline risk assessment findings.
” Providing legionella management plans, ensuring they are implemented and followed.
” Producing and working from detailed schematic drawings.
” Ensuring work complies with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Providing advice and support to clients when required.
