Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: 25k – 34k DOE + Company Benefits

Leading water treatment provider, with a reputation for delivering professional legionella compliance services, are currently recruiting for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor. The client is looking for self-motivated risk assessor, with experience working on Local Authority, Domestic and Commercial buildings, to cover contracts across the North West and Staffordshire area. Holding experience carrying out remedial plumbing works, off the back of risk assessment finding, would be beneficial to the role.

Consideration will be given to candidates based in; Bolton, Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield, Crewe, Chester, Leek, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, and the surrounding areas.

Experience:
– Must hold a recognised Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (e.g. WmSoc / C&G).
– Ideally will hold a Plumbing qualification (level 2 or higher).
– Experience conducting risk assessments of hot and cold water systems.
– Familiar with legislation pertaining to legionella control (ACoP L8 / HSG 274).
– Able to demonstrate strong communication.
– Confident in producing comprehensive reports.
– Clean driving license and happy to travel extensively.

Role:
– Carrying out legionella risk assessments to client sites through out the Manchester, Cheshire and Staffordshire area.
– Writing high quality risk assessments reports and producing schematic drawings.
– Undertaking any remedial works needed, following initial risk assessment.
– Writing and implementing management plans.
– Maintain excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 and working to guidelines.
