Job Title: Legionella Technical Manager
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits £35k – £60k + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legionella Technical Manager to join an established Legionella / Water Hygiene company. You will be joining their established team in the Yorkshire region. You will be efficiently managing and maintaining the company’s accreditations and memberships alongside training new starters and existing employees, attending sites to carry out audits, and ensuring that relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines have been followed for works that have been carried out. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong Legionella / Water Hygiene background, ideally working with an LCA registered company.
” Thorough understanding of ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Will have strong management skills.
” Experience in delivering and implementing policies.
” Will be IT literate.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Extensive experience of Legionella control.

The Role:
” Overseeing day to day running of the legionella department.
” Efficiently managing various Legionella / Water Hygiene accounts.
” Acting as first point of call for clients.
” Carrying out quality checks on site upon completion of work.
” Carrying out competency assessments and validity checks on staff and service partners.
” Undertaking internal audits.
” Liaising with clients upon completion of Legionella Risk Assessments, providing support with technical queries.
” Producing tenders and quotations.
” Managing and booking in emergency chlorination works.
” Providing accurate project costing.
” Attending client review and update meetings.
” Ensuring to manage workload efficiently, in line with company and client needs.
” Carrying out onsite service works and complex plumbing tasks when required.
