Job Title: Legionella / Water Hygiene Account Manager.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £50k + Benefits + Company vehicle + Commission scheme.

We have an exciting opportunity in the Midlands region for an established and business minded Legionella / Water Hygiene Account Manager to join an industry leading consultancy. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a rapidly expanding and renowned company with a reputable client base which includes Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, Local Authority, and Retail contracts. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong Legionella / Water Hygiene background working within a sales / account manager / operations manager role.
” Knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Able to work and adapt easily within a fast-paced environment.
” Excellent IT skills.
” Able to communication efficiently and build a positive rapport with colleagues and clients.
” Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
” Managing a mixed portfolio of longstanding Legionella / Water Hygiene accounts.
” Proactively and professionally sourcing new business, building professional relationships and good rapport.
” Working closely with clients, conducting regular reviews to ensure they are being fully serviced as well as providing excellent technical support and advice.
” Acting as first point of contact.
” Working with the company’s internal sales department to ensure that KPIs & targets are being met as well as ensuring projects are working in line with agreed budgets.
” Confidently upselling and promoting company services to new and existing clients.
” Creating monthly / annual financial reports.
” Carrying out site visits to ensure work is going to be completed in line with agreed time frames.
