Job Title: LEV / Validation Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k + Training + Benefits

A leading provider of LEV / Validation services across Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare sectors are now seeking to recruit a LEV / Validation Engineer. You will have a strong background in the clean air / LEV industry in and round the Portsmouth area. The successful candidate will be experienced in carrying out clean room validation, LEV testing, emissions testing alongside DOP and HEPA testing, working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates with good access to the M4 and South Central counties, including locations such as; Windsor, Bracknell, Reading, Swindon, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, Alton, Winchester, Eastleigh, Petersfield, Fareham, Crawley, Reigate, Epsom.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Would ideally hold the P601 qualification.
” Will have experience working as an LEV Engineer / Validation Engineer within an established clean air provider.
” Strong knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Will be able to communicate with clients / colleagues efficiency.
” Will be IT literate.
” Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out LEV testing on both dust and fume extraction systems.
” Class 1-3 fume cupboard examinations.
” Carrying out cleanroom validations.
” Emissions testing, ensuring to review and approve assessments.
” Gathering airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise, and environmental measurements.
” Auditing of AHUs and rebalancing airflow.
” DOP and HEPA testing.
” Providing excellent advice and support to clients, advising on further services required.
” Carrying out site visits in line with client / company requirements.
” Working efficiency in line with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
