Job Title: Service / Test LEV Engineer (P601 Qualified)
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Coverage: Covering contracts across the Home Counties / East Anglia
Salary / Benefits: £32k – £50k + Company Vehicle + Benefits

A professional Clean Air company are now looking to recruit a LEV Service & Test Engineer to join their growing team. Our client has over 20 years’ experience providing comprehensive clean air and filtration services to Heavy Manufacturing clients. They are now looking for someone to service long-standing clients across the South East and East Anglia region; undertaking testing and servicing duties to LEV systems to ensure ongoing compliance with industry guidelines. For the successful candidate, the client is offering above market basic salary, alongside training into other industry relevant qualifications.

Successful candidates will be covering client contracts across the Home Counties / South East and East Anglia region. Consideration will be given to those based in an around; Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, St Albans, Hertford, Bishop’s Stortford, Stevenage, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Peterborough, Cambridge, King’s Lynn, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford.

Experience / Qualifications:
” P601 – LEV Testing qualification (Essential)
” P602 – LEV Design qualification (Desirable)
” Experience working as LEV Test / Service Engineer.
” Up to date knowledge of HSG 258 guidelines.
” Confident in the use of floorplan software e.g., Auto CAD.

Duties:
” Travelling across the South East carrying out the testing, servicing, and commissioning of Local Exhaust Ventilation and Dust / Fume extraction systems.
” Undertaking Visual Checks, Ducting checks, and Component checks.
” Filter changes.
” Producing test reports for clients
” Working to HSG and industry standard
” Using AutoCAD to produce site specific schematic drawings.
” Completing project mechanical design while providing technical solutions feedback.
” Air mapping quality of air.
