Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £48k + Training + Benefits + Company Vehicle.

Our client is a leading and specialist provider of Water Treatment / Commissioning services in the South West region. They are now seeking to take on a Pre-Commissioning Engineer to cover Educational, Healthcare, and Commercial sites. This role would suit someone who has extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer, carrying out the flushing of hot and cold-water systems, backflushing and power flushing of systems, and carrying out cleans and disinfections in line with BSRIA guidelines. Our client can offer structured training plans, as well as the opportunity to have a better work life balance with regional work running Monday to Friday.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for an established Water Treatment / Commissioning company, working hands on as a Pre- Commissioning Engineer.
” Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of BSRIA guidelines.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.
” Excellent IT skills.
” Able to work well independently.

The Role:
” Visiting Educational, Healthcare, and Commercial sites across the South West region.
” Undertaking flushing of hot and cold-water systems and fan coil units.
” Pre-Commissioning chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems.
” Undertaking backflushing and power flushing of systems.
” Obtaining flow rates and velocities.
” Conducting cleans and disinfections.
” Working in line BSRIA guidelines.
” Carrying out pipework chlorination and tank cleans.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with site specific plans.
” Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice when required.
