Job Title: Validation Engineer
Location: Bristol, Southwest.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £40k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Validation Engineer through to Lead Validation Engineer
Profile: Our client is well established and well known for their high-quality service in delivering validation and LEV services across commercial, Educational and Healthcare sites. Due to an increase in contracts, they are looking for a hardworking and keen Validation Engineer based in the Bristol area, the ideal candidate will ideally hold the P601 and will have extensive experience in validating and verifying ventilation system.
Applications will be considered from: Salisbury, Warminster, Chippenham, Cirencester, Newbury, Stroud, Trowbridge, Bath, Swindon, Bridgewater, Taunton, Gloucester, Andover, Basingstoke, Oxford.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold experience working as a validation engineer within the critical ventilation / Healthcare sector.
” Will ideally hold the P601 and relevant Eastwood Park Training.
” Will hold a proven track record validation and verifying ventilation systems in line with HTM 0301 regulations.
” Experience of testing LEV’s and fume cupboards, laminar flow cabinets would be advantageous.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows.
” Carrying DOP and HEPA testing.
” Testing critical ventilation systems within the healthcare sector; validating and verifying the systems.
” Maintenance of instruments & equipment. Including, arranging repairs and recalibrations when necessary
” Using information on site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Providing support and training to site engineers
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
