Job Description

This water treatment/hygiene company provides a broad range of services to clients nationwide and due to recent expansion they are looking for two experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineers to cover contracts in and around the Manchester area. Undertaking duties such as installing and maintaining dosing systems, inspecting, disinfecting and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems. Applications from Wigan, Oldham, Cheshire and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Must have previous experience working in this role within the water treatment industry.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the client’s air and water systems to ensure they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
Undertake temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analyse results.
Install and maintain dosing systems.
Inspect and disinfection of CWST.
Legionella and TVC sampling.
Showerhead cleaning.
Tank Inspections.
Servicing of TMVs.
