Job Description

Job Title: Water Hygiene Account Manager.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £45k + OTE + Benefits

An independent and established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company are now seeking to take on a commercially focused Water Hygiene Account Manager. You will be managing and sourcing PPM accounts across Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, and Facilities Management sites. You will also be acting as first point of call for clients, carrying out regular reviews ensuring work is going to be completed within agreed timeframe, and continuously looking for opportunities to upsell company services and products. Experience & Qualifications:
” Proven track record working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, working within an account / sales management position.
” Excellent L8 compliance knowledge.
” Will ideally hold a recognised qualification within Water Hygiene / Legionella.
” Excellent time management skills.
” Will be IT literate and will have excellent communication skills.
” Knowledgeable on relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Able to work well under pressure.

The Role:
” Managing an existing client base of PPM/ L8 Compliance accounts across the Midlands area.
” Liaising with clients, carrying out regular reviews and attending regular meetings, providing continuous support, and dealing with any queries efficiently
” Delivering TMV, T boiler, filter changes and booster set services.
” Carrying out gap analysis on clients, identifying opportunities to upsell the company’s products and services.
” Liaising with the internal sales department, ensuring targets / KPIs / budgets are being met.
” Ensuring that work is being carried out to a high quality and is completed within the agreed timeframe.
” Providing quotations for further service and remedial works to be carried out.
” Producing regular financial reports.
” Ensuring work complies with relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Maintaining excellent professional relationships with clients.
