Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Bristol, Somerset
Salary / Benefits £22k – £32k + Training + Benefits

Established and leading Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment company who have a team of longstanding employees, are now due to continued success looking to employ a Water Hygiene Engineer. You will be covering various contracts across the South West / M4 corridor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in undertaking various L8 Compliance duties, including TMV servicing, cleaning, and disinfection of CWSTs and monthly water sampling and temperature monitoring. In return, our client can offer company van, paid door to door travel and routine bonuses.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Chippenham, Swindon, Cirencester, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Warminster, Andover, Basingstoke, Windsor, Slough, Bracknell, Reigate, Epsom, Reading, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton. Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working as an engineer for a Water Hygiene company would be beneficial to the role.
” Experience working on closed systems (Desirable).
” Strong understanding of relevant ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Able to organise workload in line with company needs.
” Competent in using handheld PDA and will be professional and courteous.

The Role:
” Undertaking routine water sampling.
” Temperature monitoring.
” TMV servicing & failsafes.
” Cleaning and disinfection of CWST.
” Carrying out flushing of little used outlets.
” Undertaking sampling and dosing of closed systems.
” Working on Commercial and Public Sector sites.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Use of handheld PDA to collect information from site.
