Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Basildon, Essrex.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £33k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a privately owned Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company who have a strong presence in the South East. They are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a mixed portfolio of sites, you will be carrying out L8 monitoring duties in line with ACoP L8 guidelines. This role would suit someone looking to join a friendly and close-knit team and has extensive experience carrying out water hygiene series on a mixed range of sites. Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working as an engineer for an established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.
” In-depth knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” IT literate and confident in updating onsite logbooks.
” Excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” TMV servicing & failsafes.
” Cleans and disinfections on CWSTs.
” Flushing of little used outlet.
” Showerhead descales and disinfections.
” Calorifier endoscopy inspections.
” Carrying out mains injections.
” Working in like with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
” Ensuring onsite logbooks are accurate and up to date.
