Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with leading player in the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry who are now looking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across North London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out various L8 compliance duties, including water sampling, TMV servicing, showerhead cleans and descales and dosing of closed systems. Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
” Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Good IT skills, familiar with onsite logbooks.
” Excellent time management skills.
” Able to communicate efficiently.

The Role:
” Carrying out routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” Servicing of TMVs and failsafe testing.
” Cleans and descales of showerheads.
” Carrying out closed system sampling and analysis, dosing with correct chemicals when required.
” CWST cleans and disinfections.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” Filling out onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
