Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Training + Benefits
Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry and currently have an opening with a reputable provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services in the Midlands region. After reviewing company needs, they are now seeking to take on a hardworking and competent Water Hygiene Engineer. The successful candidate will be joining a forward-thinking company with a longstanding team of engineers and will be able to successfully conduct various L8 compliance duties across Healthcare, Educational, Local Authority, Commercial and Leisure sites in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for overtime with generous rates, allowing for excellent earning potential on top of the basic salary.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company working direct as an engineer.
” Good knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
” IT literate, able to update onsite logbooks.
” Excellent organisational skills.
” Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
The Role:
” Conducting L8 compliance duties including water sampling and temperature monitoring.
” TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
” CWST cleans and disinfections.
” Flushing of little used outlets.
” Showerhead descales.
” Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
” Ensuring to work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
