Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Romford, South East.

Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: Our client have a national presence across the UK, providing the full range of water hygiene / water treatment serviced to a mixed range of clients. Due to acquiring more work, they are now looking to take on a hardworking and motivated Water Hygiene Engineer, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking routine legionella compliance services, cleans and chlorinations on hot and cold-water systems and TMV servicing.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working in the legionella / water treatment industry.
” Must have fill working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety and ACOP L8 Legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking regular temperature monitoring, sampling, and analysis of water systems.
” Carrying out cleaning, chlorination and maintenance of both hot and cold-water system, steam boilers and cooling towers.
” Carrying out the monitoring of air and water systems, ensuring they all comply with current Health & Safety legislation.
” Undertaking inspections and disinfection of CWST.
” Installing and maintaining dosing systems.
” Carrying our servicing and maintenance of TMVs.
” Disinfections of shower head descales, and tank cleans.
” Using information from site to produce accurate reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
