Job Description

Our client is a well-established company with a large nationwide presence and they are currently hoping to recruit an enthusiastic Water Hygiene Engineer to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Midlands region. Undertaking daily tasks such as monitoring clients air, temperature monitoring and maintaining and installing dosing systems. Applications from the Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Derby, Nottingham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Experience as a water hygiene engineer within the water industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the client’s air and water systems ensuring compliance with the current Health and Safety legislation.
Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
Temperature monitoring, routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
Maintain and install dosing systems.
Inspection and disinfection of CWST.
Servicing TMVs, shower descales etc.
Annual cold water tank inspections.
