Job Description

Our client, a well-established name within the water treatment sector is now looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join their busy workforce in the Scotland Area. Applications from East Kilbride, Glasgow, Hamilton, Paisley and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Previous experience working in water hygiene engineer role.
A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Role:

Conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results.
Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems including storage tanks, calorifiers and cooling towers.
Descaling, disinfection and flushing of shower heads.
Dealing with TMV’s.
Maintenance of paperwork regarding works carried out.
Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
Monitoring the client’s air and water systems ensuring that they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
Install & maintain dosing systems.
