Job Description

Due to continuing success our client a fast-growing water hygiene/water treatment company are now urgently seeking a hard-working and competent Water Hygiene Engineer to work in and around the Slough area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong water hygiene background and will be experienced in undertaking a range of routine water hygiene duties such as cleaning and chlorination, TMV servicing and tank cleans. Applications from Wembley, Hounslow, High Wycombe, Watford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Previous experience working in this role within the water treatment industry essential.
Must be well versed with the Health and Safety guidelines in relation to the water treatment/hygiene industry.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, tank cleans/chlorination, refurbishment & disinfections, etc.
Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results.
Cold water tank inspections, shower head descaling, calorifier drain flushes.
Completing worksheets for work undertaken.
Build and maintain a good relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.

Overall, you will be an all-rounder with an enthusiastic working attitude.
